Please be advised that East bound Athens Ave. has a planned full road closure coming up that will impact typical access to and from our facility. Please use Fiddyment Rd. and/or Moore Rd. to access the facility in the coming weeks.

Beginning Monday, June 16, 2025 and for several months following, Athens Ave. will only be accessible traveling West to the facility from Industrial Ave. When leaving the WPWMA’s site, vehicles will be able to take N. Foothills Blvd. traveling South to Industrial Ave. or Hwy 65.

On Monday, June 30th until Thursday, July 3rd, the entirely to Athens Ave. will have a complete road closure and customers will need to take alterative routes using Fiddyment Rd. or Moore Rd. to the WPWMA’s facilities. West bound Athens Ave. will reopen by Friday, July 4, 2025.

While these temporary roadway closures may impact routes getting to the site, the WPWMA will still be open for normal facility hours.

There will be no impacts to alternative routes in to the facility including Fiddyment Rd. and Moore Rd.
