Recycling Paint in Western Placer County

Used Paint Recycling in Placer County

How to Dispose of Your Unused or Old Paint

California state law requires paint manufacturers and the paint industry to provide convenient paint recycling at drop-off sites where you can take your paint. This keeps paint out of the trash, and it helps recycle paint that can be reused. The California Paint Stewardship Program, known as Paint Care, works with retailers to provide drop-off sites and recycle paint.

Visit the California Paint Stewardship Program website for a list of drop-off locations in your area.
