The Western Placer Waste Management Authority (WPWMA) is pleased to announce the official launch of a new payment portal with Wells Fargo. Beginning September 5, 2025, WPWMA customers will be able to pay their bills via the portal, which will show all of the same information typically included on previously mailed invoices such as the date, amount, and ticket # of each transaction.

Key changes to keep in mind:

• Beginning January 1, 2026, the WPWMA will no longer accept mailed checks. 
• Payments can only be made for the full balanced owed; partial payments will no longer be allowed.
• WPWMA will continue to mail and email customer statements through the December 2025 billing period. Beginning with the January 2026 billing period bills will only be available online through the portal.

Beginning September 5, 2025, customers will be able to access the portal via the WPWMA’s website, www.wpwma.ca.gov. To log in and pay a bill, click the “Pay My Bill” button on the homepage, and enter the customer account number and password (the billing zip code).
