Official Terms & Conditions for the Western Placer Waste Management Authority (WPWMA)’s Spring 2026 Customer Service Survey Drawing.

The drawing is sponsored by the Western Placer Waste Management Authority, located in Placer County, California.

Promotion Description

Individuals who complete the WPWMA Spring 2026 Customer Service Survey may choose to enter a random drawing for a chance to receive one of five (5) complimentary 2-yard dump passes redeemable at the WPWMA’s public disposal facilities during the 2026 calendar year.

Participation in the drawing is optional and not required to complete the survey.

Eligibility

The drawing is open to individuals who:

Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry; and
Submit a completed entry during the promotion period.

Employees and board members of WPWMA, and their immediate family members or household members, will be ineligible.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Promotion Period

Entries will be accepted during the time period in which the WPWMA Spring 2026 Customer Service Survey is available (March 16 – April 30, 2026). Entries received after the survey closes will not be eligible.

WPWMA reserves the right to extend, shorten, or modify the promotion period if necessary for administrative or operational reasons.

How to Enter

Survey participants who complete the WPWMA Spring 2026 Customer Service Survey may choose to enter the drawing by voluntarily providing contact information at the end of the survey.

Entry is voluntary.
Survey responses remain anonymous and are not linked to drawing entries.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
Limit one (1) entry per person.

Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

Prizes

Five (5) prizes will be awarded.

Each prize consists of:

One (1) complimentary 2-yard dump pass redeemable at a WPWMA facility during the 2026 calendar year.

Prize conditions:

Dump passes have no cash value.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged.
Dump passes must be used in accordance with all WPWMA facility rules and operational policies.
Unused passes expire at the end of the 2026 calendar year and will not be replaced or extended.

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.

The drawing will be conducted by WPWMA staff or their designee within a reasonable time after the survey closes.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

Selected winners will be notified using the contact information provided with their entry.

If a winner:

Cannot be contacted,
Fails to respond within a reasonable timeframe determined by WPWMA, or
Is found to be ineligible,

WPWMA may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Public Records

Information submitted as part of the drawing, including contact information, may be subject to disclosure under the California Public Records Act.

Survey responses themselves remain anonymous and are not connected to drawing entries.

Privacy

Contact information collected for the drawing will be used solely for purposes of administering the promotion and contacting winners unless otherwise required by law.

General Conditions

By entering the drawing, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of WPWMA, which are final and binding.

WPWMA reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the drawing if fraud, technical issues, administrative issues, or other factors compromise the fairness or integrity of the promotion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WPWMA shall not be responsible for:

Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries;
Technical errors affecting participation;
Errors in the administration of the drawing.

Governing Law

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located within California.

Winner List

A list of winners may be obtained by submitting a request to WPWMA within a reasonable time after the drawing has been completed.
