{"id":15091,"date":"2026-03-13T21:31:25","date_gmt":"2026-03-13T21:31:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wpwma.ca.gov\/?p=15091"},"modified":"2026-03-13T21:31:29","modified_gmt":"2026-03-13T21:31:29","slug":"wpwma-spring-2026-customer-service-survey-drawing-information","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wpwma.ca.gov\/zh\/wpwma-spring-2026-customer-service-survey-drawing-information\/","title":{"rendered":"WPWMA Spring 2026 Customer Service Survey Drawing Information"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Official Terms &amp; Conditions for the Western Placer Waste Management Authority (WPWMA)&#8217;s Spring 2026 Customer Service Survey Drawing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sponsor\">Sponsor<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The drawing is sponsored by the Western Placer Waste Management Authority, located in Placer County, California.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-promotion-description\">Promotion Description<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Individuals who complete the WPWMA Spring 2026 Customer Service Survey may choose to enter a random drawing for a chance to receive one of five (5) complimentary 2-yard dump passes redeemable at the WPWMA&#8217;s public disposal facilities during the 2026 calendar year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participation in the drawing is optional and not required to complete the survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-eligibility\">Eligibility<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The drawing is open to individuals who:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit a completed entry during the promotion period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Employees and board members of WPWMA, and their immediate family members or household members, will be ineligible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Void where prohibited or restricted by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-promotion-period\">Promotion Period<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Entries will be accepted during the time period in which the WPWMA Spring 2026 Customer Service Survey is available (March 16 &#8211; April 30, 2026). Entries received after the survey closes will not be eligible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WPWMA reserves the right to extend, shorten, or modify the promotion period if necessary for administrative or operational reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-enter\">How to Enter<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Survey participants who complete the WPWMA Spring 2026 Customer Service Survey may choose to enter the drawing by voluntarily providing contact information at the end of the survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entry is voluntary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Survey responses remain anonymous and are not linked to drawing entries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limit one (1) entry per person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Duplicate entries may be disqualified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-prizes\">Prizes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Five (5) prizes will be awarded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each prize consists of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One (1) complimentary <strong>2-yard dump pass<\/strong> redeemable at a WPWMA facility during the 2026 calendar year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Prize conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dump passes have no cash value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dump passes must be used in accordance with all WPWMA facility rules and operational policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unused passes expire at the end of the 2026 calendar year and will not be replaced or extended.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-winner-selection\">Winner Selection<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The drawing will be conducted by WPWMA staff or their designee within a reasonable time after the survey closes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-winner-notification\">Winner Notification<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Selected winners will be notified using the contact information provided with their entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a winner:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cannot be contacted,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fails to respond within a reasonable timeframe determined by WPWMA, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is found to be ineligible,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>WPWMA may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-public-records\">Public Records<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Information submitted as part of the drawing, including contact information, may be subject to disclosure under the California Public Records Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Survey responses themselves remain anonymous and are not connected to drawing entries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-privacy\">Privacy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Contact information collected for the drawing will be used solely for purposes of administering the promotion and contacting winners unless otherwise required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-general-conditions\">General Conditions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>By entering the drawing, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of WPWMA, which are final and binding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WPWMA reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the drawing if fraud, technical issues, administrative issues, or other factors compromise the fairness or integrity of the promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-limitation-of-liability\">Limitation of Liability<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To the fullest extent permitted by law, WPWMA shall not be responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical errors affecting participation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Errors in the administration of the drawing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-governing-law\">Governing Law<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located within California.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-winner-list\">Winner List<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A list of winners may be obtained by submitting a request to WPWMA within a reasonable time after the drawing has been completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sponsor-contact\">Sponsor Contact<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>For questions regarding this drawing or these Terms and Conditions, contact:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u897f\u90e8\u666e\u83b1\u745f\u5e9f\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff08WPWMA\uff09<br>\u7535\u5b50\u90ae\u4ef6\uff1a <a href=\"mailto:info@wpwma.ca.gov\">info@wpwma.ca.gov<\/a> <br>\u7f51\u7ad9\uff1a <a href=\"https:\/\/WPWMA.ca.gov\">https:\/\/WPWMA.ca.gov<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Official Terms &amp;
