Wenn sie zusammen mit dem Hausm\u00fcll und den Wertstoffen in die Tonne geworfen werden, verbreiten Autofl\u00fcssigkeiten und -filter ihre Giftstoffe gef\u00e4hrlich in der Umwelt und bei den Arbeitern, die Ihren Abfall einsammeln.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HHW geh\u00f6rt nicht in die gro\u00dfe Tonne, und da Fl\u00fcssigkeiten wie Motor\u00f6l nicht in den Abfluss gegossen werden d\u00fcrfen, m\u00fcssen sie ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df recycelt werden. Was f\u00fcr Ihr Motor\u00f6l wie das Ende der \u00d6lleitung aussah, kann also nur ein Zwischenstopp sein.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recyceltes Motor\u00f6l kann zu neuem \u00d6l raffiniert, zu Kraftstoff verarbeitet und als Rohstoff verwendet werden. Dieses raffinierte \u00d6l ist energieeffizient und ben\u00f6tigt deutlich weniger Energie und Ressourcen als neues \u00d6l. Es ist au\u00dferdem schnell wieder einsatzbereit und wird beispielsweise von der US-Post und dem National Park Service als Kraftstoff f\u00fcr Flottenfahrzeuge verwendet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gebrauchte Motor\u00f6lfilter enthalten au\u00dferdem Stahl, der zur\u00fcckgewonnen und wiederverwendet werden kann. Dieser recycelte Stahl kann als Baumaterial f\u00fcr neue Geb\u00e4ude, Br\u00fccken und Autos verwendet werden. W\u00fcrde jeder j\u00e4hrlich in den USA verkaufte \u00d6lfilter recycelt und zur\u00fcckgewonnen, erg\u00e4ben sich daraus rund 160.000 Tonnen Stahl. Das ist genug Stahl, um 16 neue Footballstadien in NFL-Gr\u00f6\u00dfe zu bauen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bei all diesen Recyclingvorteilen rennen Sie vielleicht in Ihre Einfahrt, um die Motorhaube zu \u00f6ffnen.
