Siehe die <a href=\"https:\/\/wpwma.ca.gov\/de\/facilities\/#disposal&amp;pricing\">angepasste Geb\u00fchrenordnung hier<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Der Vorstand der Western Placer Waste Management Authority (WPWMA) hat eine Geb\u00fchrenerh\u00f6hung genehmigt, die erforderlich ist, um dem neuen Mandat des kalifornischen Gesetzgebers nachzukommen, bis 2025 751 Tonnen organische Abf\u00e4lle (Lebensmittelabf\u00e4lle, Gartenabf\u00e4lle, Papier) umzuleiten (SB 1383, Kapitel 395, Statuten von 2016). Die Geb\u00fchrenerh\u00f6hung tritt am 1. Juli 2021 in Kraft. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWir verfolgen eine langfristige Finanzstrategie, um ausreichende Einnahmen und ausgeglichene Haushalte sicherzustellen\u201c, sagte Ken Grehm, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der WPWMA. \u201eWir sind f\u00fcr morgen ger\u00fcstet, da wir den Bedarf der Region und die Vorgaben des Staates Kalifornien prognostizieren und diese dann in jedem Haushaltsjahr realistisch ber\u00fccksichtigen.\u201c<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Der prognostizierte Anstieg der Betriebskosten ist auf staatliche Vorschriften zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren, die zu einem wettbewerblichen Ausschreibungsverfahren der WPWMA gef\u00fchrt haben, um einen zuk\u00fcnftigen Auftragnehmer f\u00fcr den Betrieb der Wertstoffr\u00fcckgewinnungsanlage und der Western Regional Sanitary Landfill auszuw\u00e4hlen. Die derzeitige Wertstoffr\u00fcckgewinnungsanlage ist nicht auf die Einhaltung der neuen Vorschriften ausgelegt und erfordert erhebliche Investitionen, was eine Erh\u00f6hung der Geb\u00fchren notwendig macht.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201eUm den zuk\u00fcnftigen Bedarf der Einwohner und Unternehmen im Westen von Placer County durch eine verantwortungsvolle Abfallwirtschaft zu decken, sind Wachsamkeit und ein umsichtiger Umgang mit sich st\u00e4ndig \u00e4ndernden Ereignissen und Umst\u00e4nden erforderlich\u201c, so Grehm. \u201eDiese Geb\u00fchrenanpassungen tragen dazu bei, die finanziellen Auswirkungen der Einhaltung von Vorschriften zu bew\u00e4ltigen, das geplante regionale Wachstum zu unterst\u00fctzen und Innovationsm\u00f6glichkeiten zu schaffen.\u201c\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Die WPWMA sch\u00e4tzt, dass die Geb\u00fchrenerh\u00f6hung zu einer Erh\u00f6hung der M\u00fcllabfuhrgeb\u00fchren eines typischen Einwohners von Western Placer County um $2 bis $3 pro Monat f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnte, obwohl andere von den einzelnen Gerichtsbarkeiten genehmigte Faktoren die genaue H\u00f6he der monatlichen Kosten des Geb\u00fchrenzahlers beeinflussen k\u00f6nnten.
