{"id":15091,"date":"2026-03-13T21:31:25","date_gmt":"2026-03-13T21:31:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wpwma.ca.gov\/?p=15091"},"modified":"2026-04-28T15:21:11","modified_gmt":"2026-04-28T15:21:11","slug":"wpwma-spring-2026-customer-service-survey-drawing-information","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wpwma.ca.gov\/de\/wpwma-spring-2026-customer-service-survey-drawing-information\/","title":{"rendered":"Informationen zur Verlosung der WPWMA-Kundenzufriedenheitsumfrage im Fr\u00fchjahr 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Offizielle Teilnahmebedingungen f\u00fcr die Verlosung der Kundenzufriedenheitsumfrage der Western Placer Waste Management Authority (WPWMA) im Fr\u00fchjahr 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sponsor\">Sponsor<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Verlosung wird von der Western Placer Waste Management Authority mit Sitz in Placer County, Kalifornien, gesponsert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-promotion-description\">Aktionsbeschreibung<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personen, die die WPWMA-Kundenzufriedenheitsumfrage Fr\u00fchjahr 2026 ausf\u00fcllen, k\u00f6nnen an einer Verlosung teilnehmen und haben die Chance, einen von f\u00fcnf (5) kostenlosen 2-Yard-M\u00fcllentsorgungsp\u00e4ssen zu erhalten, die im Kalenderjahr 2026 bei den \u00f6ffentlichen Entsorgungseinrichtungen der WPWMA eingel\u00f6st werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Teilnahme an der Verlosung ist freiwillig und keine Voraussetzung f\u00fcr das Ausf\u00fcllen der Umfrage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-eligibility\">Teilnahmeberechtigung<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Verlosung steht allen Personen offen, die:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sie m\u00fcssen zum Zeitpunkt des Eintritts mindestens achtzehn (18) Jahre alt sein; und<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reichen Sie w\u00e4hrend des Aktionszeitraums einen vollst\u00e4ndigen Beitrag ein.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mitarbeiter und Vorstandsmitglieder von WPWMA sowie deren unmittelbare Familienangeh\u00f6rige oder Haushaltsmitglieder sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ung\u00fcltig, wo gesetzlich verboten oder eingeschr\u00e4nkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-promotion-period\">Aktionszeitraum<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beitr\u00e4ge werden w\u00e4hrend des Zeitraums entgegengenommen, in dem die WPWMA-Kundenzufriedenheitsumfrage Fr\u00fchjahr 2026 verf\u00fcgbar ist (16. M\u00e4rz bis 31. Mai 2026). Nach Ablauf der Umfragefrist eingehende Beitr\u00e4ge werden nicht ber\u00fccksichtigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die WPWMA beh\u00e4lt sich das Recht vor, den Aktionszeitraum aus administrativen oder betrieblichen Gr\u00fcnden zu verl\u00e4ngern, zu verk\u00fcrzen oder zu \u00e4ndern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-enter\">So nehmen Sie teil<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teilnehmer der WPWMA-Kundenzufriedenheitsumfrage Fr\u00fchjahr 2026 k\u00f6nnen an der Verlosung teilnehmen, indem sie am Ende der Umfrage freiwillig ihre Kontaktdaten angeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Teilnahme ist freiwillig.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Antworten auf die Umfrage bleiben anonym und werden nicht mit den Teilnahmen an der Verlosung verkn\u00fcpft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00fcr die Teilnahme oder den Gewinn ist kein Kauf oder eine Zahlung erforderlich.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pro Person ist nur eine (1) Teilnahme erlaubt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doppelte Eintr\u00e4ge k\u00f6nnen disqualifiziert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-prizes\">Preise<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es werden f\u00fcnf (5) Preise vergeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jeder Preis besteht aus:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ein (1) kostenloses <strong>2-Yard-Dump-Pass<\/strong> Einl\u00f6sbar in einer Einrichtung der WPWMA im Kalenderjahr 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preisbedingungen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>M\u00fcllentsorgungsscheine haben keinen Geldwert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Preise sind nicht \u00fcbertragbar und d\u00fcrfen weder verkauft noch umgetauscht werden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Nutzung der Entsorgungsgenehmigungen muss in \u00dcbereinstimmung mit allen Anlagenregeln und Betriebsrichtlinien der WPWMA erfolgen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nicht genutzte Ausweise verfallen am Ende des Kalenderjahres 2026 und werden weder ersetzt noch verl\u00e4ngert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-winner-selection\">Gewinnerauswahl<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Gewinner werden per Zufallsziehung aus allen teilnahmeberechtigten Einsendungen, die w\u00e4hrend des Aktionszeitraums eingegangen sind, ausgew\u00e4hlt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Zeichnung wird von Mitarbeitern der WPWMA oder einem von ihnen Beauftragten innerhalb einer angemessenen Frist nach Abschluss der Vermessung angefertigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Gewinnchancen h\u00e4ngen von der Gesamtzahl der eingegangenen g\u00fcltigen Einsendungen ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-winner-notification\">Gewinnerbenachrichtigung<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die ausgew\u00e4hlten Gewinner werden \u00fcber die bei ihrer Anmeldung angegebenen Kontaktdaten benachrichtigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Falle eines Gewinners:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kann nicht kontaktiert werden.,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reagiert nicht innerhalb einer von der WPWMA festgelegten angemessenen Frist, oder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wird als nicht berechtigt befunden,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">WPWMA kann aus den verbleibenden teilnahmeberechtigten Einsendungen einen alternativen Gewinner ausw\u00e4hlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-public-records\">\u00d6ffentliche Aufzeichnungen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Informationen, die im Rahmen der Verlosung eingereicht werden, einschlie\u00dflich Kontaktinformationen, k\u00f6nnen gem\u00e4\u00df dem kalifornischen Gesetz \u00fcber \u00f6ffentliche Aufzeichnungen (California Public Records Act) offengelegt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
