WPWMA Recycling and Compost
The WPWMA offers the opportunity to drop off recycled materials at our Recycling Buy-Back Center and to purchase compost through an approved WPWMA vendor at a nearby facility.
Recycling Buy-Back Center and Compost Sales
Monday – Friday,
7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday – Sunday,
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
WPWMA customers can drop off clean, separated recyclables such as cardboard and mixed paper at no charge and can turn in glass, plastic, and aluminum beverage containers with a California redemption value (CRV) for a refund. Customers may not redeem more than 100 pounds of CRV material daily; see CalRecycle’s CRV limits flyer. If you have questions about recyclables or glass, plastic and aluminum CRV refunds, please email the WPWMA at info@wpwma.ca.gov.
Compost is currently being produced and sold by the WPWMA’s private facility operator. Compost sales are not available on-site at the WPWMA, at this time. Customers interested in buying the WPWMA compost can purchase it from Rock Pros Landscape Supply Services, at 2920 Lesvos Court, Lincoln, CA 95648, near our facility.
