HHW Event Nov 7 & 8

The WPWMA’s annual HHW event at the Gold Country Fairgrounds in Auburn has been rescheduled to November 7 & 8 from 9am to 3pm. Click here for a list of acceptable items or see our event flier.

Free Mattress Drop-off

The WPWMA has partnered with Bye Bye Mattress to accept mattresses and box springs FREE from Placer County residents October 17 & 18. 

HHW & Buyback Closed Labor Day

The household hazardous waste (HHW) and recycling buyback facilities will be closed Monday, September 7 in observance of Labor Day. The remainder of the facility will be open.

New Tipping Fees Effective 7/1/2020

The WPWMA Board of Directors approved a tipping fee increase at their meeting on February 13, 2020.  NEW FEES are effective July 1, 2020.

5/13/20 Facility Access Update
